We are in rural southwestern Vermont, tucked into the rolling hillsides of the Green Mountains, a beautiful drive from any direction. You are welcome to bring a lunch or snack to enjoy at our picnic tables along the bank of the lovely Mill Brook. Or if you prefer, the nearby towns of Dorset and Manchester offer a wide selection of restaurants and shops. |
| At Authentic Designs we work in a converted mill- a beautiful building with brick and slate floors and old wooden beams, which we renovate as we grow. When you step through our doors you enter an era where work is still done by hand, and where meticulous craftsmanship matters more than quantity and speed of output. We are not a factory, but a family of highly skilled artisans who make lighting fixtures of unusual quality. |  |

When you visit Authentic Designs we will walk you through our workrooms where
you can talk with our craftsmen and women and observe their work.
Come explore the great variety of lighting fixtures we produce.
Touch the metals and appreciate the depth and softness of their
finished surfaces. Authentic Designs welcomes visitors Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you would like to visit us on Saturday or Sunday, please call our office during regular business hours to arrange for a weekend tour.
